STORY
Set in 1939, Toby, a 10-year-old evacuee, is sent to live in the country with his eccentric and mute grandmother, Julie. There, Toby starts to hear strange rumours about someone, or something, called The Puddle Man. The film explores themes of loneliness and connection, magic and reality, and nature and the elements.
