Mikami Takashi is an elite who graduated from the University of Tokyo. He joins the Ministry of Education with the intention of "changing Japan's education", but realises that the reality is far from what he expected.
One day, Mikami is transferred to a private high school and he decides to stand up against the authorities with his voices and use his position as a teacher to reform the system.
